I served as a solo mate onboard this private limited charter use motoryacht . I joined the vessel in Newport at the start of the 1999/2000 winter season. The captain was a good instructor and taught me much about operations, crew mgmt, and engineering. We had a busy millennium (@St. Barths) winter season in the Caribbean.
Returning to FL at the end of the season, I departed the vessel for training/licensing and to join a larger yacht as a licensed officer. To date, the captain and I have worked together several times (The Safira build). To date, he remains a trusted wealth of knowledge and references I can rely on.
