As Captain I worked with the client and their broker, providing global secondary market research and onboard reviews of vessels for purchase. Once a decision to purchase was made, I provided onboard owner representation, purchase surveys, trials, onsite acceptance, required servicing, and brief yard period. Upon delivery, the client re-listed the vessel for sale. We prepped the vessel and exhibited her for sale at the 2024 Palm Beach show. After the show, we parted ways. Burger Boat Co. builds a respected yacht; oddly enough, I had performed warranty and delivery services onboard when it launched for her original owner (org. MY Lady Larsa).
