Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with the owner of Windrush on three distinct yachts. My responsibilities included conducting market research, performing pre-purchase surveys, and overseeing the acceptance process for the 58' Eastbay in 2016 and the 117' Delta in 2018. Following our research and the decision to purchase (TY Mrs.), we developed a refit work scope and identified suitable contractors.
We embarked on a 13-month multimillion-dollar refit project. As a solo hands-on project manager, I took great pride in the owner's satisfaction with the refit outcome. Enjoying the owner and vessel, I served as Captain for the next three years. I am honored to have maintained a professional relationship with the owner for over 25 years.
The three vessels involved are the 117' Delta MY, the 58' GB Eastbay, and the 101' Burger MY Windrush.
